DediCores.com LLC - Terms of Service

By reading and using DediCores’s (also presented as "DediCores.com", "DediCores", "our", "us" or "we") services and products, you (also mentioned as "you", "your", "Client", "User" or "Customer") comply agree with our policies and rules. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, ban, block or terminate any service provided with (if you are in the money back period of 30 days) or without a refund or notice or warning for any reason. We also reserve the right to update, change and modify the Terms of Service (also known as "DediCores TOS") at any time with or without client notification. You can see the last data update in the bottom of the page, so you will be always inform. It's all up to the customer to periodically check and read himself or herself with our recent Terms of Service. If any of you do not comply with the new Terms of Service modifications, his or her service will be terminated without any notifications. We are strongly committed to provide you with quality services and to keep the web clear, so it is important to us to stick to this peace of lines here.

DediCores.com Acceptable Use Policy

By ordering one of our services, you agree to adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy, that are as it follows:

Spam - all user must follow the relevant regulations and legislation on bulk and commercial e-mails. User can not:

  • use our network to make mass e-mail campaigns with a bought lists from third-party persons;
  • forgery of e-mail headers (spoofing);
  • sending spam by using third-party proxy, aggregation of proxy lists, installation of proxy mailing software;
  • our mail servers are configured to send and receive mail, but not for third-party messages for sending without user identification and authentication;
  • spamvertising;
  • mass mailing that is against the acceptable standards;
  • instructing others in any activity prohibited by this AUP.

Illegal use - we provide services and products that can be only used for lawful purposes, meaning that keeping, selling, distributing or/and linking to any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. The list includes:

  • material protected by copyright;
  • trademark;
  • pornography;
  • material that is defamatory;
  • product and services that are not allowed to sell or offer

or any other against the European and US laws. We will suspend your account.

Support

DediCores VPSs are only cpanel managed, meaning that the management that we provide is only on a cpanel level. DediCores VPSs are specially designed for web hosting, advanced Linux administrators, and experienced webmasters with good knowledge. The successfully management of our VPSs is all about being familiar with Linux operating systems, tools, and services. We will provide you with the basic tools needed to configure, maintain and update the VPS and nothing more. We also have a knowledgebase articles related to the most asked and hot topics which may offer insight into common questions regarding our VPSs. Feel free to contact us in order to suggest us what else can we add. We are always open to receive your thoughts. DediCores also provides remote console access to our VPSs which gives you a better way to access the VPS even with a broken SSH configuration.

The client is responsible for managing the VPS he or she owns. DediCores technical staff is always available for general support, but only for this. We also work in order to ensure that our network and hardware are up and running as expected.

You may contact DediCores for support regarding the following problems:

  • Network access. Please check our @DediCores Twitter page or our Facebook page before submitting a ticket for an information regarding the problem.
  • Server hardware. Please check our @DediCores Twitter page or our Facebook page before submitting a ticket.
  • SolusVM VPS control panel. If you experience problems with any SolusVM functionality, please open a ticket. We will assist you ASAP.
  • OS templates and ISOs. If you notice any bugs or other problems with our OS templates or ISOs, please open a support ticket.

This list may be is not all, but it shows the main idea of our unmanaged hosting. Any softwares, scripts, applications, functionalities that we do not install, configure, manage and update for the customers is their responsibility and is not covered by our technical support. You should know that we will not install, configure, manage or update additional packages on a VPS that are not come with our default OS templates that we provide you with.

Also, you should know that sending multiple replies to tickets will not guarantee you receiving a faster response. Every ticket has a priority and we process tickets in the order we receive them. We only offer support in English and Bulgarian and require that it be used to communicate with our sales, marketing or tech staff. We will not tolerate profanity or abusive language in any forms of contact with us. Such behavior will bring you better or faster results, but only suspension and/or termination if the language cross any moral or normal lines.

Service Payment, Refunds and Cancellation Guidelines

All payment invoices are generated 10 days before payment is due. Failure to pay by the due date will result in suspended and, ultimately, terminated service. Late payments are subject to a 15% late fee. DediCores reserves the right to terminate your service at any point after your invoice is overdue, and will not be responsible for any data loss due to termination.

DediCores offers a three day refund period for your first payment on your first VPS with us. Bitcoin payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. cPanel and CloudLinux licenses are not eligible for refunds. Refunds must be requested via support ticket in the Client Area after a cancellation request has been submitted.

If the client creates a subscription to pay for his or her service(s) with DediCores, the client is responsible for canceling that subscription when he or she no longer wants service with DediCores. DediCores will not be responsible for handling or refunding any transactions that take place after the client has cancelled his or her service with DediCores in the event that the client fails to cancel the related subscription.

Payment Chargebacks (Moneybacks) and Billing Disputes

We have 30 days money back guarantee period, so there will be no problem to get a chargeback if you not satisfied with our services and products. DediCores reserves the right to immediately terminate all services without refund if you pass the mentioned period.

Other Disputes

Any threat of legal action against DediCores by a client will result in terminating client's account and service termination.

Users accounts

All orders placed through our billing portal are passed through an automatic fraud check system. If you have "bad history", this will be taken under our attention before processing the order to the next stage. Our VPSs are typically set up instantly upon receipt of payment, we manually review each fraud score before accepting the order. So, if your order is not processed with 1-2 hours (has not passed the fraud check), it might be canceled and you need to reach us. Failure to comply in a timely manner may result in suspension and/or termination with a full refund.

Ordering from a VPN or proxy will likely cause your order to be flagged as potential fraud, requiring additional verification in order to use our services. Please order without using such tools.

We really require your real first and last name, as well as accurate information in all other fields when placing your order. The important fields are marked, so you can not process your order till filling them our. If you provide false information when placing an order, the service may be suspended and/or terminated without notice upon manual review. The approval process will be much faster if the order is legit.

Each client can have one or more accounts with DediCores. Opening a second, third and so on accounts with us is a normal, but informing us via ticket is required.

DediCores uses FraudRecord to screen and monitor new orders for previous fraudulent activity with any other hosting provider. We also report existing clients who violate our Terms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Policy. In case of a violation, you may be reported to FraudRecord for misbehavior using one-way hashed information. This will be a bad record for you if your next host also rely on this system.

DDoS Protection

We provide DDoS filtering in each of our location for clients who order filtered IPs. Please give us up to 48 hours to process filtered IP orders. Our DDoS filtering is shared among all clients with filtered IPs, so a single client may not receive filtering for the entire capacity per location. We do not offer any guarantees attached to the filtering system.

Clients backups

DediCores does not make, keep or returns backups of client VPS data. It is all client's responsibility. DediCores recommends to make a backups of the VPS data locally to your PC or remote storage servers on a regular basis. Clients are responsible for their own data and no one else. DediCores is not responsible for any data loss.
